Hi guys

Sididis calling in from Cape Town South Africa

I play mostly European and British dark electro / industrial cyber and hardcore techno but would be very interested in acquiring some good sounds from the USA.(coz I'm getting tired of lyrics in German) Please could you point me in the direction of a decent label/ on-line supplier or just websites of artists that you like. The darker and harder the better. I would like to be able to buy the stuff but cannot use Paypal from South Africa, which means credit card or bank deposits.

  • Amazon.com is an ok place to start but it is usualy better if you already know what you are looking for. I'm sure you are familiar with Metropolis, if not check them out. Also look up Babyland, I'm not sure if they would be quite what you are looking for but they fucking rock! Pick through people's set lists on Livejournal.com.. if you don't already have a LJ acound I'd recomend it and I know a whole bunch of comunities that would be good to join. And try IndustrialNation.net
    • you will find a few tracks in the folder
      www.russdionne.com/..thralls/

simply right click on them and save as

i made them so they are free to use for non commercial use
it makes my day when i get an email from some dj on the other side of the planet telling me they are spinning my work :)

also you can find my "fork in eye" project on soulseek www.slsk.org
and i have seen it on win mx and kaza too
feel free to share the work as it is my only method of promotion at this time.

the newest track complete with guitar and vocals is
      www.russdionne.com/..thrall..._back.mp3

      yay

if you do happen to like it and would like to make a small donation i have set up a pay pal interface at www.russdionne.com/donate/

there are a variety of denominations there , some of the larger ones are meant to make it easier to bill people for small jobs etc..
